The General Relief Society Presidency has announced a $55M nutrition program in 12 African and Asian countries.

The LDS Church announced yesterday that the Relief Society would lead the effort in collaboration with 8 nonprofits. Yesterday’s announcement is available here:

I've heard the idea of "going astray" my entire church life. It wasn't until a woman said it in Relief Society, openly judging those who don't like the temple, that it hit me: taking my own path looks a lot like going astray to others.
I’d guess that most people would say their Elder’s Quorum and Relief Society discussions are about general conference talks. However, that’s not what the handbook says the discussion should focus on. Section 9.2.1.2 says “The focus [of gospel instruction and discussion] should be on topics in one or more talks from the most recent general conference”
