Christmas Series: Prayer of Thanksgiving

A friend pointed out to me how the second verse of this Thanksgiving hymn would make a beautiful Mormon feminist anthem.

Prayer of Thanksgiving Beside us to guide us our God with us joining. Ordaining, maintaining His Kingdom divine. So from the beginning, the fight we were winning.  Thou Lord, wast on our side, all glory be thine.
